Provincial Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in a Senior Living community. You will perform cleaning duties in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, sanitizing bathrooms, maintaining laundry areas, and assisting with daily tasks as part of a courteous, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Interest in working with a senior population.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices according to schedule.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, and vacuums floors, rugs and carpets.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatories and fixtures; stocks dispensers.
• Scrubs tile, woodwork, window frames and sills.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in clean, orderly condition.
• Collects trash and relocates to designated areas.
• Responsible for community laundry and commercial laundry upkeep.
• Ensures chemicals are stored securely.
• Keeps cords and equipment out of walkways and complies with fire codes.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
