StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper Aide in Missouri to provide cleaning services, creating a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public. Duties follow facility policies and state/federal laws to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, disposing of waste, and safely handling chemicals.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or its equivalent required.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment in Environmental Services preferred.
• Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Cleans dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas daily per procedures.
• Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors and waxed floors according to schedule.
• Secures supplies to keep them out of residents' reach at all times.
• Disposes of trash and waste per facility policies.
• Posts safety signs when hazards are present due to housekeeping activities.
• Uses PPE when exposed to hazards and follows chemical handling guidelines.
• Reports pests to supervisor and coordinates with Maintenance for state inspections.
• Attends in-service education and applies information to tasks.
• Monitors safety and fire hazards and participates in drills.
• Supports disaster drills and resident safety during emergencies.
