Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and common areas, maintaining outdoor spaces, and following established cleaning schedules. The role requires physical stamina, good communication, and a patient, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitation in living spaces and common areas.
• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize areas.
• Vacuum carpets and hard-surface floors per schedule.
• Empty trash from apartments, offices, and common spaces.
• Maintain outdoor areas and courtyard spaces.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Environmental maintenance support in outdoor spaces.
