Mosaic Management seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for our senior living community in Corvallis, Oregon. You will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, staff, and visitors, following infection control guidelines and schedules.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and prior experience in housekeeping or healthcare. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in healthcare.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & sanitation across resident apartments and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Maintain outdoor spaces and courtyard furniture cleanliness.
• Follow daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces per infection control standards.
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
