Qualifications

• Must complete all company training programs.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Work flexible schedules.
• Basic reading, writing, and math.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• General sanitation knowledge.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Perform all laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and linen distribution.
• Stock the cleaning cart with supplies and replenish as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; maintain cleanliness of storage and utility rooms.
• Work with maintenance to address repairs and ensure clean surroundings.
• Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
