Qualifikationen

• Must successfully complete all company training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties: laundered articles, bed linens, restrooms, floors, dusting, polishing, walls and windows.
