Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles.
• Follow community cleaning schedule and safety protocols.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
