You will clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and offices following schedules and safety protocols, and interact with residents and staff in a courteous manner.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
