Cogir Senior Living seeks a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents, staff, and visitors in the Scottsdale area. You will handle cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while upholding high sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include following established schedules, engaging with residents warmly, and ensuring privacy and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor; ability to interact respectfully with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol, adhering to safety precautions.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols, including proper waste handling and disposal.
