Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role includes cleaning public areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, following schedules and safety protocols, and interacting with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, laundry, waste removal, and adherence to infection control guidelines to ensure high sanitation standards and resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices.
• Disinfect bathrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and textiles as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
