Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, oversees a network of senior living communities nationwide and seeks a dedicated housekeeper. You will maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors, cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices with attention to sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities include following schedules, interacting with residents in a friendly manner, and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and replace linens as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling; launder and replace textiles when necessary.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety precautions.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions.
• Respect residents' privacy while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
