Qualifications

• Must complete all company training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment (iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums).
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows.
• Perform all housekeeping duties: change bed linens, laundered articles, replenish supplies, floors and furniture care.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, distribute linens, change bed linens.
