Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Santa Clarita is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe environments for residents and staff. You will clean apartments and common areas, launder textiles, and ensure supplies are stocked.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work varied shifts. Responsibilities include sanitizing spaces, changing linens, and coordinating with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties including laundering articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies.
• Distribute laundered articles and linens and change bed linens.
• Wash windows and maintain cleanliness of storage and utility areas.
• Stock the cleaning cart with supplies and dispose of trash.”
