Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services of Bloomington is seeking a Household Coordinator to lead the Household team and partner with the Clinical Coordinator to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will supervise Resident Assistant staff, foster employee engagement, and drive quality and safety in daily operations across the Household, with a focus on dignity, autonomy and meaningful activities for residents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in older adult services.
• Education or licensure in geriatric fields preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership to develop and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents to achieve their highest, meaningful self while ensuring quality care.
• Oversee life quality areas: privacy, dignity, autonomy, relationships for residents and Household.
• Lead and sustain PHS Liberty components in respective Household.
• Ensure Household staff engagement and participation in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with supporting teams and volunteers to meet psycho-social and wellness needs.
• Facilitate weekly Quality Assurance meetings to ensure safety and outcomes.
• Lead Resident Council Meetings to boost engagement and participation.
• Provide leadership for Care Conferences and maintain regulatory compliant documentation.
• Manage performance, recruitment, supervision and development of direct reports.
• Promote resource stewardship and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Support Christian Culture integration through communication and education.
