Job summary

Episcopal Retirement Services in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Memory Support Household Coordinator for MPL’s memory support household. Lead the household team to promote resident quality of life and high-quality care in a supportive environment.

You will oversee scheduling, resident programming, and collaboration with nursing leadership to ensure person-centered care and seamless operations for residents with dementia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associates degree is preferred.
• Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with older adults and dementia.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned MPL memory support household team and coordinate projects and processes.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll with the scheduler to ensure coverage at all times.
• Serve as a role model for core competencies and person-centered care.
• Collaborate with nursing and administration on clinical, dining, and infection control policies.
• Plan, develop, and oversee dementia programming and resident engagement activities.
