Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services in Oak Park Heights, MN, seeks a Housekeeping Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure top-quality cleanliness across facilities. You will report to the Environmental Services Director and play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that keep residents and staff safe and comfortable, while aligning with PHS standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
• Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members andthe general public.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, evaluate and direct the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.
• As a member of the site leadership team, participate in planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives.
