This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a guest-focused approach, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in retirement housing or hospitality; leadership desired.
• Food handler safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site executive, guiding staff, residents, and visitors.
• Lead concierge, housekeeping, and dining teams with training and morale.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high service quality in all areas.
• Oversee front desk, dining room, and safety protocols.
• Participate in on-site sales activities and community events.
