Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing services and 24/7 oversight of operations.
• Develops RN assessments and resident care plans with Honoring Choices and Resident Bill of Rights.
• Manages nursing department budget and staff scheduling.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (MN Board of Nursing, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Collaborates with Ebenezer administration to implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensures appropriate care coordination with other departments and community resources.
