• Plans, directs, and implements comprehensive health care programs and staffing.
• Collaborates with administration to develop nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with MN Board of Nursing, licensure, HIPAA and OSHA.
• Manages nursing department budget and prepares financial/statistical reports.
• Ensures 24-hour RN on-call coverage and staff development.
• Leads coordination of resident care and communication with dietary, billing, and other departments.
• Supports marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and service excellence.
