Job summary

Deephaven Woods Senior Living in Deephaven, MN seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to supervise nursing services and ensure 24/7 operation with high standards of care. The role requires MN RN licensure and BLS, with responsibilities spanning policy development, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with Ebenezer administration, you will guide care planning, resident safety, and staff development while upholding HIPAA and professional standards in a dynamic long-term care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with MN Board of Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Nursing leadership/management education preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the nursing department and 24/7 oversight.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and care quality across units.
• Develops policies, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Coordinates resident care with interdisciplinary teams.
