Seaton Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and provide information on daily operations. The role supports the front desk, schedules appointments, and maintains records to ensure smooth community operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and employees; manage external and internal calls; take and relay messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and assist with inquiries.
• Manage appointments and organize office area.
• Collate brochures and assist with mail distribution and sign-in logs.
