Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Broken Arrow is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, residents, and team members, manage calls, take messages, and share information about programs and services.

You will handle reception duties, route inquiries, organize mail, schedule appointments, maintain the front desk, and support dining and marketing teams as needed. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, residents and employees; manages external and internal calls; takes and communicates messages; provides general information.
• Answers telephone and reception duties; takes complete messages and communicates to recipients.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Distributes brochures for the marketing department.
• Maintains desk area and organizes entry; manages mail distribution.
• Maintains resident forms and scheduling for appointments (hairdresser, transportation, etc).
• Updates lists and sign-in logs; supports move-in/move-out processes.
