Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Concierge to greet residents and visitors, answer phones and support front desk operations at Elison Independent Living of Statesman Club. This part-time/PRN role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, multitasking, and basic MS Office skills; you will help with rounds for security and maintain a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
