Job summary

Ebenezer Champlin community seeks an Outreach and Sales Director to implement a marketing plan for full occupancy and to nurture relationships with external referral sources. The role is located primarily in the community with a strong emphasis on meetings, tours, and events.

The position requires 3 years of sales success in housing or real estate and 5 years in senior living, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A marketing/communications degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven success in sales, occupancy development, housing, real estate, or business development.
• 5 years senior living experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy.
• Works with corporate marketing to design and coordinate plans.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external referral resources.
• Creates and maintains system for generating new leads.
• Schedules and conducts tours.
• Maintains occupancy reporting requirements.
• Builds awareness about the community with referral sources.
