Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Sales and Marketing Director for Ivy Park at Simi Valley to generate leads, qualify prospects, and guide moves into the community. You’ll work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans and achieve occupancy targets.

You will build trust with prospective residents and families, plan events, and collaborate with community organizations to drive referrals and growth. Strong communication and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to pass background and health screenings

Responsibilities

• Create trust with prospective residents and families through calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and hit target occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaborations.
