Job summary

Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Mountain View in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for a premier senior living community. You will generate and manage leads, guide moves, and collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving occupancy targets.

Requirements include 3+ years in marketing or outside sales, a bachelor’s degree, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through calls and tours of the community.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Plan and execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups.
