Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for Ivy Park at Oakland Hills, a premier senior living community in Oakland. You will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the transition to their new home with the Executive Director and VP of Sales.

You will develop a strategic marketing plan to meet occupancy targets, plan events, and build partnerships with community organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB Tests

Responsabilités

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
