Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework and related experience required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in real estate or health care including promotion/public relations/admissions.
• Minimum of two years with a proven sales or promotion track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in and phone leads and contacts from the Business Development Coordinator and residents.
• Explain and demonstrate the community benefits and close contract sales to maintain occupancy.
• Promote services, pricing, and policies with staff support to close sales.
• Conduct personal tours of communities for prospective residents and families.
• Collect required information and prepare standard documents for signature and move-ins.
