Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the journey from interest to move-in for families and older adults, and to collaborate with local professionals to create strong referral networks. You will partner with leadership to drive community revenue and occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of two years in sales, and strong technology and MS Office skills. Brookdale offers robust onboarding, tuition reimbursement, and a large national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide for families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
