Rendever is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to own mid-market accounts within a growing operator base. You will drive account expansion, manage partnerships across multiple communities, and focus on logo-based growth while collaborating with the Client Success team for onboarding.

The role emphasizes hunting and farming within senior living networks, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic engagement to maximize revenue across brand-level opportunities.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in the senior living industry.
• Willingness to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Maintain CRM data input and cleanliness.
• Expert knowledge of the Rendever product suite and industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify expansion opportunities across assigned operator groups and develop plans.
• Engage decision-makers, perform needs analysis, and prepare multi-site deployment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain accurate forecast data and 5x quarterly expansion quota coverage.
• Build long-term relationships to maximize logo-based growth and retention.
