Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a General Manager for our Senior Living Community located in Sedona, AZ. The GM will oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional care and service to residents.

This full-time role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires strong leadership, operations, and culinary/ hospitality oversight to meet client objectives and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations at the Senior Living Community and ensure high standards of care and service.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and payroll processing.
• Oversee food service, catering, and procurement to maintain quality and cost controls.
• Lead staff development, performance management, and create a positive work environment.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Facilitate client communications and business reviews with the regional leadership.
