Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for our Adult Residential Community in Camp Verde, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and quality dining experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will manage staff, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and partner with clients to meet objectives while upholding the company’s values and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L and controllable expenses.
• Ability to direct daily operations and manage staff.
• Excellent customer service and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations and ensure menu quality and cost control.
• Direct and supervise catering and food service operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and purchasing guidelines.
• Manage payroll processing and staffing levels.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and uniform standards across the unit.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly client reviews and internal business reviews.
• Generate financial reports and assist in budget planning and variance analysis.
