Trulee Evanston is seeking a Front of House Dining Manager to lead the dining room service team and deliver warm, attentive hospitality to residents, families, and guests. You will support daily dining operations, service standards, training, scheduling, and overall dining room presentation.

The ideal candidate values mentorship, teamwork, and a high-quality dining experience in a senior living setting, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience in hospitality, dining services, or senior living is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for seniors and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house dining team members to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee dining room service, setup, cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance.
• Ensure team members follow service etiquette, hospitality standards, safety guidelines, and food handling practices.
• Support scheduling, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of dining staff.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure smooth communication between dining room and kitchen.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and address questions, concerns, and service needs promptly.
• Assist with special events, private dining, community functions, and resident programming as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and service-focused presence with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Help ensure compliance with community policies, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements.
