Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC, is hiring full-time Receptionists at The Residence at Ferry Park in Rocky Hill, CT. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and coordinate front desk activities while delivering warm, professional service to residents and families.

The role offers a wage band of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, benefits from Day One, and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and techniques.
• Ability to handle incoming calls and visitors in a pleasant, courteous manner.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet guests and visitors professionally and direct them accordingly.
• File correspondence and sort mail.
• Record and type guest meal charges and update logs.
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain a neat front desk area.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting appropriate authorities.
• Maintain community brochures and stock; update the communication log book.
• Provide clerical support and assist residents, families, and staff as needed.
