Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Receptionist at Fieldstone Chester Springs, PA. The role involves front desk duties, greeting guests, managing phone calls, and providing courteous service to residents and visitors in a welcoming environment.

Scheduled Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with weekend shifts 4pm-9:30pm. Wage band is $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience, with full-time benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and techniques.
• Ability to handle incoming calls and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience in customer service and clerical support is valued.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; typing/word processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Greet guests and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Handle mail and correspondence; maintain front desk area.
• Maintain and coordinate front desk activities and logs.
• Assist residents, family members and staff with information and needs.
