Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, and support sales inquiries at the Beverly Hills community. You will assist with move-ins, marketing materials, and maintain a warm, safe front desk and Bistro area.

The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
