Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre is seeking a Senior Living Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls, and provide essential administrative support. This on-site role requires a friendly customer-service mindset and strong computer/data-entry skills.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and mult-line phone experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred).
• A minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.
• Requires very strong computer and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors and maintains a professional front desk.
• Answers telephone and directs calls as needed.
• Keeps front office area neat and organized and supports other departments as required.
