Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis with a rotating weekend schedule. You will welcome guests, assist residents, answer phones promptly, and maintain a neat, professional reception area.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably with seniors, is proficient in Microsoft Office, communicates clearly, and maintains reliable attendance; CPR/First Aid credentials are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receptionist experience.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Professional, courteous and patient.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• CPR/First Aid credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, employees, and residents and direct/assist accordingly.
• Assist residents with questions and concerns.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and address caller questions.
• Take accurate telephone messages and connect caller with appropriate staff.
• Maintain a neat reception area and present a professional appearance.
• Respond to emergency calls from residents and alert care staff promptly.
• Send out and receive mail, documents, and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Manage schedules of staff and schedule appointments as required.
