Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a hands-on Director of Facilities & Building Operations to oversee all building systems, maintenance operations, capital planning, vendor management and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety systems and preventative maintenance in a long-standing senior living community; you will lead a facilities team and work closely with leadership to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of commercial facilities management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Experience with aging commercial or healthcare buildings.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
• Knowledge of life-safety systems and building automation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all building systems and maintenance programs.
• Lead capital improvement projects and asset planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
