Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, plumbing, fire panels, and emergency systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building, grounds, and maintenance operations within the community.
• Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program compliant with regulations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and, where applicable, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation teams.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire panels, and emergency systems operate safely and effectively.
• Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and capital improvement projects.
