Job summary

The Waters is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead the environmental services and housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and preventive maintenance across the community and grounds.

You will recruit, train, coach staff, participate in budgets, coordinate with vendors, and prioritize improvements to enhance resident wellbeing and facility operations. This role requires strong leadership and a minimum of three years in maintenance with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in building maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospitality or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental services and housekeeping teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate maintenance staff.
• Hire, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Participate in budget discussions for environmental services.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage community maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings; prioritize projects and improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of building and grounds.
