Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join the facilities team at our Cherry Hill, NJ campus. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents, staff, and visitors, handling hands-on repairs and routine maintenance.

The role requires experience with general building maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical repairs.
