Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the facility’s upkeep and safety in New Jersey. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with state/federal OSHA standards while maintaining a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a long-term care setting, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintenance experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with OSHA and life-safety regulations
• Supervisory/management experience and ability to multi-task

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Ensure work complies with State/Federal and OSHA standards
