Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Experience maintaining aging commercial or healthcare buildings.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing all facility operations, maintenance programs, and building systems
• Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, life-safety systems, and building automation
• Developing and executing preventative maintenance plans
• Managing capital improvement projects and equipment replacement schedules
• Supervising maintenance and environmental services team members
• Coordinating and managing outside contractors and service vendors
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Managing departmental budgets and controlling maintenance-related expenses
• Responding to facility emergencies and critical operational issues
