You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and major appliances, while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with the Executive Director on budgets and vendor bids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance management for apartments, senior living, or large properties.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset; on-call availability 24/7.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Use general maintenance equipment and safety gear.
• Prioritize service requests and ensure timely repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
• Prepare vacant units promptly for turnover.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents, staff, vendors, and management.
• Coordinate bids and monitor maintenance expenses within budget.
