Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in senior living leadership, certification eligibility, and hands-on experience with industry software. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry.
• Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems.
• Proven financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis experience.
