Job summary

Civitas Senior Living in Roanoke, TX is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community with compassion, focusing on resident well-being and growth.

You will drive strategic planning, oversee sales and marketing, build a service-driven team, and ensure safety, compliance, and reliable technology usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry.
• Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire or related systems preferred.
• Proven record in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
