Allure Lifestyles Communities in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Director to lead a large independent living community. You will oversee operations, drive resident satisfaction, and shape the community's experience through strong leadership.

This high-visibility role requires building relationships, developing staff, managing budgets, and partnering with residents and families to ensure an exceptional home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in senior living, preferably independent living communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience building and developing diverse teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community operations with a strong focus on resident experience and satisfaction.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and foster a welcoming community culture.
• Recruit, develop, coach, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Establish a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and key operational goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to support occupancy, growth, and long-term success.
• Partner with residents, families, and team members to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a highly visible and approachable presence within the community.
• Build strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners.
• Ensure the community operates in accordance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Work closely with organizational leadership to execute strategic priorities and achieve goals.
