Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks an Executive Director for a premier senior living community in San Gabriel, CA. You will direct day-to-day operations, staff management, occupancy and budget goals, and regulatory adherence.

The role requires RCFE certification or equivalent licensure, college coursework, and proven supervision of teams. Excellent communication with residents and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of college plus relevant experience or approved equivalent.
• Valid RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director required.
• Prefer five years supervising and managing staff.
• Able to operate a PC and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and regulators as the leader.
