Claiborne Senior Living in Marietta, GA, seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations including resident care, financial performance, and team development. This role drives occupancy growth and executes strategic plans to meet census targets while partnering with ownership and regional leadership.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between the community and ownership.
